WaBotHub is a WhatsApp Business Automation platform designed to help businesses manage customer conversations, orders, inventory, broadcasts, and business operations through a centralized web and mobile platform.

WaBotHub is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by failure to protect your account credentials.
WaBotHub offers subscription plans with different features and pricing.
Your subscription includes the features available under the plan you select.
If new plans or features are introduced in the future, they may be offered separately or included depending on your subscription.
Businesses may choose one of the following options:
You configure your account and business settings yourself using the tools provided by WaBotHub.
If you choose our optional setup service, our team will assist with configuring your business account, products, workflows, and other supported settings.
A one-time setup fee may apply. This fee covers implementation services only and is separate from your subscription.
Subscription fees are billed according to the billing cycle selected during signup.
By subscribing, you authorize us or our payment providers to process recurring payments until your subscription is cancelled.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of your account.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for previous payments.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
The optional Done-for-You setup service begins once work has started and is therefore generally non-refundable after implementation has commenced.
If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact our support team and we will review your request.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
WaBotHub integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform.
Your use of WhatsApp services is also subject to the policies, terms, and requirements established by Meta and WhatsApp. You are responsible for complying with those policies while using WaBotHub.
WaBotHub, including its software, branding, website, content, graphics, and other materials, is the property of WaBotHub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the platform without prior written permission.
We strive to provide a reliable and stable service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.
Scheduled maintenance, updates, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability.
We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption whenever possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaBotHub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to WaBotHub during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You may stop using WaBotHub at any time by cancelling your subscription.
We may update these Terms from time to time as our platform and services evolve.
When significant changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date on this page. Continued use of WaBotHub after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws governing WaBotHub's operations, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer protection laws.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be handled through the appropriate legal channels in the applicable jurisdiction.
